Rapper Diddy Faces Disturbing Allegations of Drugging and Sexual Assault.
Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing grave accusations in a lawsuit filed in Manhattan, alleging that he drugged and raped a man at a Miami house party in 2022.
The victim, identified as “John Doe,” claims he was rendered unconscious after being drugged and later awoke in severe pain, realizing he had been assaulted.
According to the court filing, the incident allegedly occurred in front of others in a bedroom at the party.
The victim recounts waking to find Combs standing naked behind him, continuing the assault while speaking in a provocative manner and wearing what the victim described as a “disturbing smile.”
Unable to resist due to the drugs, the man reportedly passed out again during the ordeal.
The lawsuit further states, “Plaintiff heard Combs ‘talk dirty’ to him and the others in the bedroom, recalling Combs telling him, ‘[t]his is what you want,’ all while wearing a disturbing smile.”
The victim alleges he regained consciousness the following morning to find himself alone in the room, where a member of Combs’ security team handed him his clothes and told him to leave.
This case is one of several legal battles currently facing Combs.
Another lawsuit, filed by a woman identified as “Jane Doe,” alleges that Combs sexually assaulted her in 2001 outside a New York City nightclub. She claims she was given a spiked drink and later forced to engage in sexual acts with Combs and his security team inside a black SUV limousine.
Combs’ legal team has strongly denied all allegations, dismissing them as unfounded attempts at garnering publicity.
In a statement to The New York Post, his representatives asserted, “Mr. Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. The truth will prevail.”
They reiterated that Combs has never engaged in sexual assault or human trafficking.
