Arkansas Doctor Suspended After Video Confirms Him Walking Around Nude in Clinic(VIDEO).
A doctor in northeast Arkansas has had his medical license suspended following allegations of public indecency and inappropriate conduct in his clinic.
Dr. David Diffine, who operates three family practice clinics in Blytheville, Paragould, and Bono, came under scrutiny after a complaint filed with the Arkansas State Medical Board revealed shocking claims about his behavior.
According to the complaint, Dr. Diffine was involved in sexual misconduct with staff members, some of whom were also his patients.
The complaint included a video captured by a security camera inside the clinic, which allegedly showed him performing a sexual act with a staff member while other employees watched. The footage also reportedly showed Dr. Diffine walking unclothed through the clinic, including in hallways near patients’ rooms.
The Arkansas State Medical Board deemed his actions a serious threat to public safety, prompting an emergency suspension of his license on October 14. Dr. Bradley Diner of the Arkansas Medical Foundation reviewed the video and described the behavior as “perverse,” recommending a formal professional evaluation.
This is not the first time Dr. Diffine has faced professional misconduct allegations. In 2017, he was investigated for prescribing excessive amounts of controlled substances. However, those charges were later dropped due to insufficient evidence.
Dr. Diffine’s case has reignited discussions about the importance of accountability and oversight in the medical profession. His disciplinary hearing before the Arkansas State Medical Board is scheduled for December 6, where the future of his medical practice will be decided.
The scandal has drawn significant public attention, with many expressing outrage over the alleged behavior and calling for stricter regulations to ensure the safety of patients and staff in healthcare settings.
